MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Demonstrates commitment to the Partners-in-Caring process and the Behavioral Expectations in all interactions and in performing all job duties. Performs duties in a manner to promote quality patient care and customer service/satisfaction, while promoting safety, cost efficiency, and a commitment to the continuous quality improvement process.
2. Graduate of a PA Program approved by the State of Texas
3. Current State of Texas license to practice
4. Certification by the National Certification Center in area of specialty certified in Basic Life Support current Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS OR Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS OR Neonatal Resuscitation Program NRP .
5. Two years clinical experience in area of intended practice.

Neuro and/or Trauma Experience preferred

Will require participation in post-op care, management, education, research, and quality control initiatives.
